Original Artwork Purchase Policy

  • Shipping & Geographic Restrictions: We only ship original artwork to addresses within the United States (excluding U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses). Any orders placed with shipping destinations outside of this zone will be automatically canceled and refunded.

  • All Sales Are Final: Because of the unique and delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are 100% final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the purchase is complete.

  • Shipping Damage & Insurance: All original artwork is packed securely using professional materials. To protect your investment, shipping insurance is required and its cost is fully covered by the collector/buyer at checkout. If the artwork is damaged during transit: The buyer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork. Because the buyer pays the insurance premium, we will handle the claim directly with the carrier on your behalf to ensure you are reimbursed by the insurer, or we will assist you in filing the claim depending on carrier guidelines.

Frequently Asked Questions: Original Artwork

Do you ship internationally or to U.S. Territories?

No. We currently only ship original artwork to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or internationally at this time.

Can you ship original art to a PO Box?

No. Due to the size, value, and carrier insurance restrictions of original artwork, we require a physical residential or business address for delivery. Orders with PO Box or APO/FPO shipping addresses will be canceled.

How much does shipping and insurance cost?

Shipping and required transit insurance are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and value of the piece. All original artworks are fully insured to protect your investment during transit.

Can I return a piece of art if I change my mind?

All sales of original artwork are 100% final. Because these are one-of-a-kind, delicate pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once the purchase is complete. We highly recommend reviewing all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

The colors look slightly different in person. Can I get a refund?

No. Please note that screen colors vary across different devices (phones, laptops, monitors) and lighting environments. We do our best to photograph the artwork in true, natural lighting, but slight color variations do not qualify for a refund.

What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?

While we package every piece using professional-grade, high-impact materials, accidents can happen during transit. Because your package is fully insured, we will work to get you reimbursed. Please inspect your art immediately upon arrival and follow the steps below.

What should I do if the shipping box is dented or broken?

Before opening the box, take clear photos of the outside packaging from multiple angles, especially where the damage occurred. Then, open the box and carefully inspect the artwork. If the art is damaged, take detailed photos of the damage immediately.

How long do I have to report shipping damage?

You must contact us via email with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork within 48 hours of delivery. Insurance carriers have strict deadlines, and claims filed after this 48-hour window will unfortunately be denied by the insurer.
